Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Make sure to raise a cancellation request within the stipulated timeframe through our official channels only.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. This policy ensures timely handling and dispatch of all customer orders without disruption to our logistics workflow.

For prepaid orders, you will receive a full refund if your order is successfully cancelled within the stipulated timeframe. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Prepaid orders refused at the time of delivery or if requested for cancellation post dispatch will not be eligible for a full refund. Such cases will be treated as a cancellation after dispatch, and applicable shipping, handling, and return logistics charges will be deducted from the refund amount. In case a reattempt of delivery is requested, additional 2 way shipping charges will be applicable.
