Apparel Items
We understand that finding the right fit is an essential. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges for apparel items.
Terms of Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted for apparel items with size-related issues only.
- Ensure the brand tag remains intact while you try on the product.
- Exchanges are applicable only once per order.
- Ensure to return the product with its original packaging.
Exchange Eligibility Criteria
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.

To ensure hygiene and maintain product quality, we can only process exchanges if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
We reserve the right to decline an exchange if:
- The product has been used, worn, or washed.
- The product is damaged or is not in its original condition.
- Items returned are damaged or has been altered with.
4. The brand tag has been removed or detached.
All items sent for exchange will undergo a quality check by our team before approval.
Non-Apparel Items
We do not offer returns or exchanges on non-apparel products (e.g., Mugs, Sippers, Bags, Desk Utilities, etc.). Our non-apparel products are carefully packed and undergo strict quality checks before they are shipped out.
However, if you receive a defective product, we are happy to assist.
Resolution Process
- Email us at nertzlifestyle@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9211483482 within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with your Order ID.
- Attach photos or a short video clearly showing the issue.
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours with the resolution — this may include a replacement, or store credit, based on the nature of the issue.

Exchange Process
- Once your exchange is approved, you must ship the product to us at your own cost.

- Upon receiving the item, the exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Important Points
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, you can choose to buy another product of equal value, or we will issue a store credit, with a validity of 45 days from the date of issue.
- No returns are accepted under any circumstances.
- Shipping costs for exchanges (to return the item) are to be borne by the customer.
- Nertz reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
- Requests should be made within the stipulated timeframe only.
